The Salty Sailor

The views this mother has about Donald Trump are much like many other Americans. Her characterization of Trump as the “Salty Sailor” or as “The Fireman” paint an excellent picture!! She has written many great books about her son and family. This is a comment from KAREN VAUGHN, Mother of Aaron Vaughn, Navy Seal.

“Sometimes God uses the no-nonsense, salty sailor to get the job done. Appreciating what the man is doing doesn’t mean we worship the salty sailor or even desire to be like the salty sailor. It doesn’t even mean God admires the salty sailor. Maybe He just knows he’s necessary for such a time as this.

I believe with all my heart that God placed that salty sailor in the White House to give this nation one more chance in November 2020 Donald Trump is what he is – and he is still the man he was before the election – and without guilt. I very much admire what that salty sailor is accomplishing.

He’s not like me. That’s okay with me. I don’t want to be like him. I will never behave like him. I know we’ve NEVER had a man like him lead our nation before. It’s crazy and a little mind-blowing at times, but I can’t help admire the stamina and ability he has – acting with his heart rather than a calculated, PC, think tank-screened, carefully edited script. I still believe that is WHY he became our President and WHY he’s been able to handle a landslide of adversity and STILL pass unprecedented amounts of good legislation for our country AND do great works for MANY other nations, including Israel.

I’m THRILLED with what he’s doing for my nation, for the cause of Christ (whether intentional or unintentional, doesn’t matter to me), and for the concept of rebuilding America and putting her FIRST. I will not be ashamed of my position because others don’t see him through the same lens.

Should it matter to me if a fireman drops an f-bomb while he’s pulling me from a burning building? Would I really care about what came out of his mouth in those moments? Heck no! I’d CARE about what he was DOING. He wasn’t sent there to save my soul and I’m not looking to him for spiritual guidance. All I’m thinking in those moments is, “Thank you, GOD, for sending the fireman.” AND DONALD TRUMP IS OUR FIREMAN.

I’ll soon post this article again for those who still might not understand me. This man is crass. Okay. He’s not careful with what he says. Okay. You feel offended that he’s not a typical statesman. Okay. But he is DOING THE JOB of rebuilding the nation my son died for… the nation I feared was on a fast track to becoming a hopeless cause.

Forgive me if I’m smiling.”

Disclosure, I have not checked the veracity of the comments above to see if they did come from Karen. Why? Because I really don’t care whether it did or not The comments could very well have be written by anyone like me who believes Donald was sent here to save us.  God bless him!!

  1. Trump reminds me of Stan Wawrzyniak. Absolutely no social graces, but when you need a warrior, you call on people like Wawrzyniak and Trump. I’m damned sick and tired of pussyfooting around with the cat box people. One, let’s stop our damn meddling in their internal affairs; this is a nasty habit we picked up from the British. Second, let’s stop kissing Moslem ass. Screw with America, and bad stuff ought to happen fast. Here’s what Trump recently did: he ordered the death of an Iranian thug, and then he made sure everyone knew that he was the guy who ordered it done. It’s been 32 years since we had a president with that kind of balls … but this should be the standard we apply to every political candidate. We cannot do a land war with Iran, but we can make their lives miserable from the air. If we say we’re going to do this in reaction to Iranian retribution, then we must make good on our promises. I have no sympathy for any “collateral damage” in Iran. These are people who made their beds back in 1979.

  2. Jim,
Where you find your insightful articles I do not know, but keep them coming.
This lady really expressed my feelings about President Trump.
By the way, it is difficult to address you as Jim and not Colonel, but I’m working on it.

  3. Jim,
    Agree completely.
You and I have both known some salty Chiefs and were sometimes exasperated, but often grateful for their skills, determination and results.

    1. I am starting to finally see some push-back..against these leftestaholes..(aside from my own..) I am especially glad to have others people finally lashing out against these corrupt and treasonous pieces of crap! Finally during this Christmas season I heard several people who actually mentioned a “Merry Christmas” and Happy New year..without holding back like they were speaking against some code! Two years ago when Obama was leaving office..I can remember how afraid normal Americans were afraid to say anything that was politically incorrect!! What a bunch of bullshit! It made me sick to see people suck up to that kind of mentality! Finally..people like Karen Vaughn are bringing back their values of being unafraid..they are regaining their country’s normal cultural values..they are finally speaking out against this racial crap that Obama spewed while he was in offices..

  4. I agree. We knew we weren’t electing a politician or a priest. We were electing someone to save America from the march of progressive Marxism and leftist lunacy. And honestly, I’ve heard worse language on the streets and from high school boys. So everyone can suck it up and just deal with it and our president can keep up the good work he’s doing for us. We are so lucky he stepped up and I really believe no one else could survive the barrage of hate he’s let roll off his back. Anyone else would be in a closet crying. Trump is working, and working for us non stop.

    1. Absolutely Hazel, I can think of not one “politician” who could withstand the barrage of trash he has had to put up with. Actually, I think “The Don” thrives on it. LOL

      1. Jim, I also think ” The Don” thrives on conflict and attacks. He hits back! Even when he’s over the top in his return attacks he doesn’t cave and apologize. He said it and love it or hate it– they asked for it.
