LOL, Let me start with a laugh, maybe two, LOL This video is the guy for whom the big mouthed retired generals are throwing their support.  That deserves another laugh, LOL Can you believe Colin Powell supports this guy, Another laugh LOL. Actually it is a pitiful these so called intelligent, Warrior Monks feel this fellow should be our next POTUS, the leader of the free world.  Can you imagine him and Putin sitting down for a discussion on matters of grave concern to the world?. OMG But wait, you haven’t seen the video yet . Trust me, it’s a hoot. LOL

Well, was I wrong was it a hoot or not?  Lord, please help us!

For those of you who know me well, you understand my passion for animals; I love them all. My bride says I would rather wreck the car than run over a  squirrel, and she’s probably right! She also asks why I do not have the same love and affection for people as I do for animals. That’s easy to answer. Just look around you at the world and our society today. Nuff said. BTW, the initial photo is of Nadeah, our first mommy when we started raising Siberian Kittens.

During these very troubled times with the China Virus (Geez, I like that name, thank you Mr. President), the hypocrisy within our judicial system, and the political rivalry that is literally tearing our country apart, I thought it a good idea to post something nice for a change. Maybe the liberals out there, will enjoy it as well, albeit I doubt I have any following this blog. Please, sit back, turn up the sound a tad and enjoy watching what we humans are incapable of doing.  Note the differing species.

My very favorite Marine Sgt Major, Willie T. Reed, Jr. sent me this video today and I had to sit and listen to it twice. It brought back so many, many memories of my teenage years in the fifties when music was music. While listening to it the first time I tried to do some other work on the computer and couldn’t. I just could not do anything but sit and watch, and dream of all those memories. Like the one where I remembered exactly where I was when I first heard the song. I was with a gang of guys and girls in Joey Anderson’s basement listening to his stack of 45 album’s, and this song came on and  Delores Lily asked me to dance. It was a slow one and I couldn’t slow dance yet, so she grabbed me and taught me how. Every time I hear that damn song, I’m back in Joey’s basement learning from Delores how to slow dance while I stepped all over her feet, sorry Delores!  LOL. Oh my goodness. What memories. I hope they bring back some for you as well. If not, you’re too young! What’s the song, you ask? Well, it’s by the Penguins, if you don’t know the name, watch and learn.

It’s Friday and I am tired, fed up, and totally disgusted with the goings on in the country I served for nearly thirty-six years. I am almost, but not completely ashamed of what my country has become. I will leave you alone for the weekend, and leave you with a taste of what our Presidents used to be like. This is no statement against President Trump, he is cut from a different mold, and I accept that, and like him even with all of his warts. But this President had a way of connecting with every American. It’s a video, turn your sound up. , Enjoy and have great weekend.
