M. from a so called “Concerned marine; no caps on purpose as I do not consider this fellow a Marine, perhaps you might disagree. I won’t post my reply to him, her, or it. His blog is filled with hate and racism. (really?) He brings discredit to the Marine Corps. His blog is close to sedition. He also peddles his book using the Marine Corps Emblem.
He and some of his followers are unhinged and I don’t need to have him or his screwballs coming after me so I will not put my name on this email. (that’s not something patriots do, that’s left for the liberals) He and his followers are similar to the Kooks who invaded the capitol last wee. (Sic) His website speaks for itself and it is a simple thing for you to see what he is doing.

Many of the commentators in your blog know this is straight out of the Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals playbook. Isolate and dehumanize your target. NOW, those running the playbook are about to place their hands on the levers of power of the federal government with almost no counter-weight… And seeing how they have abused that power during the previous five years, doesn’t lead me to believe they are finally willing to become the voice of reason and logic.
This is reinforced by the public effort being displayed by media and most recently announcement by federal law enforcement to “go after and find” those responsible for the capitol hill breach on sixth of January. Why was not the FBI so interested in and public in their pursuit of the criminals who burned cities, tried to breach federal court houses, committed insurgency in Seattle which resulted in much more property damage, violence and death.. but since it wasn’t happening to the elite themselves, just the masses that’s something else entirely.

I just listened to the opening comment from Tucker Carlson. ( 1/11/21 ) What he was saying fits with this radical activist’s mindset. Destroy and remove all voices from the right at all costs. I truly have my doubts about this individual, Colonel. He/she said that they were going to send this HQMC as if they were going to entertain this email which is nothing but malarkey and more than likely will be tossed into the circular file.
The first reason to not even bother with the email is the lack of intestinal fortitude to not even sign a name to the email. Any legitimate member of the Corps would sign something that supposedly would bring discredit to others if it was worthwhile to do such. This email does not fit that criteria by any means.
Perhaps the email was written by a Mattis supporter who did not like things being said towards him whom they feel is the best thing since sliced bread, Colonel.
I wonder how he came to the conclusion that you are unhinged, Colonel, as well as some of your followers. This individual probably has never met you, or your followers, but feels that we are unhinged. I would call that defamation (a false accusation on a person’s good reputation).
My honest opinion is that this individual is from the command climate era where they can report anything that they do not like and do not have to disclose their name and are able to hide behind anonymity.

Every Marine I met in my 29 yr. career was proud of their service to the nation, sometimes to the point of boastfulness. To say you are anonymous is to say you probably were not a Marine and are ashamed to claim your words.

Of course, he’s gone to the “idiot school” of how to shame and intimidate decent people into shutting-up. I think he picked the wrong target this time.
