National Fatherless League – NFL

I’m finished with Mattis, he’s a has been in order of priorities, time to move folks. I have nothing to add to this shameful act and the actions of of the National Football League. I’ll stick to the NCAA on Saturday and go fishing on Sunday!

The knee is not the only problem . . . 68 children by 52 women!  7 players!

Children raised in fatherless homes, especially black children, are far more likely than children raised in two parent homes to engage in criminal behavior and thus, have contact with police.

Ergo when they father a child with a woman to whom they are not married—or at least living with—they are contributing to the problem against which these football players are taking a knee.  If you look at many of these players’ records on out-of-wedlock children, you find that they are contributing significantly to the problem against which they are protesting.

For example,

Antonio Cromartie has 12 children by 9 different women.  Apparently the NFL had to shell out $500,000 before he could even play football for them.

Travis Henry has 11 children by 10 women,

Willis McGahee has 9 children by 8 women,

Derrick Thomas has 7 children by 5 different women, Bennie Blades has 6 children by 6 women,

Ray Lewis has 6 children by 4 women and

Marshall Faulk has 6 children by 3 women.

They forgot to include

Adrian Peterson: 11 kids from 7 different women.

Before these guys take a knee they should take a good look in the mirror .

It appears that their problem is not their knees.

NFL Hypocrisy

Okay, let’s set the record straight right here with some bare facts and not liberal conjecture and pure media BS. This came from my cousin Gene who happens to be an ardent football geek, or at least he was until recently.

“Refresher” NFL History… history not often reported or leaked to the ticket holders. I hope this helps you; it opened my eyes, to better understand when and why the public’s respect for the NFL organization started to crumble…

* In 2012 the NFL had an issue with Tim Tebow kneeling before each game to pray, they also had an issue with Tebow wearing John 3:16 as part of his eye-black to avoid glare, and made him take it off.

* In 2013 the NFL fined Brandon Marshall for wearing green cleats to raise awareness for people with mental health disorders.

* In 2014 Robert Griffin III  entered a post-game press conference wearing a shirt that said “Know Jesus Know Peace” but was forced to turn it inside out by an NFL uniform inspector before speaking at the podium.

* In 2015 DeAngelo Williams was fined for wearing “Find the Cure” eye black for breast cancer awareness.

* In 2015 William Gay was fined for wearing purple cleats to raise awareness for domestic violence. (Not that the NFL has a domestic violence problem…).

*In 2016 the NFL prevented the Dallas Cowboys from wearing a decal on their helmet in honor of 5 Dallas Police officers killed in the line of duty.

* 2016 the NFL threatened to fine players who wanted to wear cleats to commemorate the 15th anniversary of 9/11.

So tell me again how the NFL supports free speech and expression. It seems quite clear based on these facts that the NFL has taken a position against any action by NFL players demonstrating RESPECT for any issue: For God, social causes such as mental health, cancer, domestic violence, for cops killed arbitrarily for being cops, or for the Memory of 9/11…

BUT they will allow demonstrations of DISRESPECT for our National Flag, our National Anthem, for America, and for the American People, if it will help mollify a particular Group and its supporters. That is who and what the NFL now has shown itself to be.

Pass this post along to all your friends and family, if you believe it worthy of sharing.

Honor our military; too many of whom have come home with the American Flag draped over their coffin.

Any Questions?

Tale of Two Friends

This is an interesting story (tale) of two hypothetical friends and the decisions they made based on their skill set, physical and mental gifts from God, and offered choices. Very well thought out and explains the NFL issue in terms any imbecile can understand, except perhaps the lamest of snowflakes and progressives who we all know only understand things in their terms, and that’s even doubtful.

You graduated high school in 2011.  Your teenage years were a struggle.  You grew up on the wrong side of the tracks.  Your mother was the leader of the family and worked tirelessly to keep a roof over your head and food on your plate.  Academics were a struggle for you and your grades were mediocre at best. The only thing that made you stand out is you weighed 225 lbs and could run 40 yards in 4.2 seconds while carrying a football.   Your best friend was just like you, except he didn’t play football.  Instead of going to football practice after school, he went to work at McDonalds for minimum wage to help support the family of five with no father.  You were recruited by all the big colleges and spent every weekend of your senior year making visits to universities where coaches and boosters tried to convince you their school was best.  They laid out the red carpet for you. Your best friend worked double shifts at Mickey D’s.  College was not an option for him.  On the day you signed with Big State University, your best friend signed paperwork with his Army recruiter.  You went to summer workouts.  He went to basic training.

You spent the next four years living in the athletic dorm, eating at the training table. You spent your Saturdays on the football field, cheered on by adoring fans.  Tutors attended to your every academic need.  You attended class when you felt like it. Sure, you worked hard.  You lifted weights, ran sprints, studied plays, and soon became one of the top football players in the country.  Your best friend was assigned to the 101st Airborne Division. While you were in college, he deployed to Iraq once and Afghanistan twice.  He became a Sergeant and led a squad of 19 year-old soldiers who grew up just like he did.  He shed his blood in Afghanistan and watched young American’s give their lives, limbs, and innocence for the USA.

You went to the NFL combine and scored off the charts.  You hired an agent and waited for draft day.  You were drafted in the first round and your agent immediately went to work, ensuring that you received the most money possible. You signed for $16 million although you had never played a single down of professional football.  Your best friend re-enlisted in the Army for four more years. As a combat tested sergeant, he will be paid $32,000 per year.

You will drive a Ferrari on the streets of South Beach.  He will ride in the back of a Blackhawk helicopter with 10 other combat loaded soldiers.  You will sleep at the Ritz.  He will dig a hole in the ground and try to sleep.  You will “make it rain” in the club.  He will pray for rain as the temperature reaches 120 degrees.

On Sunday, you will run into a stadium as tens of thousands of fans cheer and yell your name.  For your best friend, there is little difference between Sunday and any other day of the week.  There are no adoring fans.  There are only people trying to kill him and his soldiers. Every now and then, he and his soldiers leave the front lines and “go to the rear” to rest.  He might be lucky enough to catch an NFL game on TV.  When the National Anthem plays and you take a knee, he will jump to his feet and salute the television.  While you protest the unfairness of life in the United States, he will give thanks to God that he has the honor of defending his great country.

To the players of the NFL:  We are the people who buy your tickets, watch you on TV, and wear your jerseys.  We anxiously wait for Sundays so we can cheer for you and marvel at your athleticism. Although we love to watch you play, we care little about your opinions until you offend us. You have the absolute right to express yourselves, but we have the absolute right to boycott you.  We have tolerated your drug use and DUIs, your domestic violence, and your vulgar displays of wealth.  We should be ashamed for putting our admiration of your physical skills before what is morally right.  But now you have gone too far. You have insulted our flag, our country, our soldiers, our police officers, and our veterans. You are living the American dream, yet you disparage our great country.  I am done with NFL football and encourage all like-minded Americans to boycott the NFL as well.

National boycott of the NFL for Sunday November 12th, Veterans Day Weekend. Boycott all football telecast, all fans, all ticket holders, stay away from attending any games, let them play to empty stadiums. Can you imagine the impact of no one showing up for an NFL game, an empty stadium, no $9.00 beers sold. WOW! Pass this post along to all your friends and family. Honor our military, some of whom come home with the American Flag draped over their coffin.

Please “share”, “copy and paste”.

David J. Harris Jr. Speaks for Me

I am sure you have seen lots of videos on the recent millionaire NFL scum, but this one tops all that I’ve seen. Mr. Harris definitely speaks for Jim Bathurst. It’s powerful. Watch and if you agree, please pass it on; it needs to go viral.

NFL Execs ‘Genuinely Hate’ Protesting Kaepernick

Take a knee son — for good! Finally, the NFL does something about this scumbag who started a new fad among the Millennials. If you go to the NewsMax post, you must read the comments, they are great! It surprised me that so many did the same thing I did — stopped watching the football except for the Super Bowl. And you know what, I didn’t miss it. I found other things to do or watch on Monday and Thursday nights and again on Sunday. I have a feeling what finally caused the NFL and the teams to can this guy — $$$$$. We do not need role models for our children like this POS. The only team I know of that made a statement about this bum was Jerry Jones, whom I never had much use for, told the team, take knee and you next move will be to the bench. Good for you JJ!

Now Kaepernick and his Muslim sweetie can spend all their time on their knees or wherever. Wonder how long his money will last?

 * * * * *

NFL teams “genuinely hate” former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick – one executive calling him “an embarrassment to football” – a GM told Bleacher Report’s Mike Freeman.

“He can still play at a high level – the problem is three things are happening with him,” the source reportedly said. “First, some teams genuinely believe that he can’t play. They think he’s shot. I’d put that number around 20 percent.

“Second, some teams fear the backlash from fans after getting him. They think there might be protests or [President Donald] Trump will tweet about the team. I’d say that number is around 10 percent. Then there’s another 10 percent that has a mix of those feelings.

“Third, the rest genuinely hate him and can’t stand what he did [kneeling for the national anthem].”

Kaepernick whipped up a firestorm for his protest against police treatment of minorities this past fall, which might have attributed to current lack of interest on the free-agent market in a league with a dearth of quarterbacks. From all the noise of the past fall, the “silence is deafening” now, Freeman wrote.

“They want nothing to do with him,” the source told Freeman. “They won’t move on. They think showing no interest is a form of punishment. I think some teams also want to use Kaepernick as a cautionary tale to stop other players in the future from doing what he did.”
