Northerners Feel the Pain.

FL, TX and AZ have had enough of sloppy Joe’s and Harris’ BS about the border being secure This issue is, in my mind, the biggest problem facing this country today, and it’s about time those liberal northern states who have been immune to the realities of the open border feel the pain. Suck it libitards.

There is a lot to read here folks if you click on the links, LOL. Several states having to call out their National Guard to help. Don’t you just love it? Help by donating to FL and TX to send these illegals north!

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis followed through on his promise to drop off illegal immigrants in progressive states, sending two planes full of migrants to Martha’s Vineyard on Wednesday.

A video provided to Fox News Digital shows the migrants deboarding the planes at Martha’s Vineyard Airport in Massachusetts.

“Yes, Florida can confirm the two planes with illegal immigrants that arrived in Martha’s Vineyard today were part of the state’s relocation program to transport illegal immigrants to sanctuary destinations,” the governor’s communications director, Taryn Fenske, told Fox News Digital.

“States like Massachusetts, New York and California will better facilitate the care of these individuals who they have invited into our country by incentivizing illegal immigration through their designation as ‘sanctuary states’ and support for the Biden administration’s open border policies,” she said.

“As you may know, in this past legislative session the Florida legislature appropriated $12 million to implement a program to facilitate the transport of illegal immigrants from this state consistent with federal law,” she said, later adding that the state’s “immigration relocation program targets both human smugglers found in the state, but also preempts others from coming to Florida.”

The office of Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker responded to an after-hours email from Fox News Digital, saying it was aware of the situation and that the arrivals were provided short-term shelter.

“The Baker-Polito Administration is in touch with local officials regarding the arrival of migrants in Martha’s Vineyard,” Terry MacCormack, Baker’s press secretary, wrote. “At this time, short-term shelter services are being provided by local officials, and the Administration will continue to support those efforts.”

Fox News Digital reported in April that Florida’s budget since approved by the state legislature included $12 million for the Florida Department of Transportation to remove illegal immigrants from the state and relocate them.

Martha’s Vineyard is famously known as a playground of rich progressives, including former President Barack Obama, who bought a multimillion-dollar house there in 2019.

DeSantis, a Republican, proposed Delaware or Martha’s Vineyard as a destination for such migrants, but his office explained at the time that they could also be sent “to other ‘progressive’ states whose governors endorse blatant violations of federal immigration law.”

“It is not the responsibility of Floridians to subsidize aliens to reside in our state unlawfully; we did not consent to Biden’s open-borders agenda,” the governor’s office said at the time.

In November, DeSantis said dozens of migrant flights landed in Florida at the behest of the Biden administration, and he threatened at that time to send them to Delaware on buses.

Meanwhile, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, a Republican, began sending thousands of illegal immigrants to Washington, D.C., in April as the migrant crisis overwhelmed border states. In August, buses from Texas started heading to New York City and Chicago. Arizona has also sent buses to Washington.

Vice President Kamala Harris, who was put in charge of tackling the border crisis by President Biden shortly after they assumed office in 2021, sparked a firestorm this week after she twice declared the U.S. southern border is “secure” while administration officials estimate an average of 55,000 so-called “gotaways” each month — illegal immigrants who successfully make it into the country without being detained.

A Crime Scene Where the Victims Wore Masks

We, as normal Americans, are too stupid to have any opinions or to think for ourselves — so believe our elected officials, especially those from the entire administration, even some of our GOP RINOS. But I sincerely believe their day is coming with each passing month until doomsday in November. God, help us to be able to sustain sanity until then. A very well written piece from the WSJ

From the Wall Street Journal

A Crime Scene Where the Victims Wore Masks

As terrified passengers stumbled from the train at the 36th Street station in Brooklyn last week, it was noticeable how many of them were complying with the mandate that to enjoy the privilege of venturing into the underground abyss known as the New York City Subway system, you must be wearing a face covering.

There they were, desperately fleeing a gunman or bravely helping rescue injured passengers, but still dutifully playing their part in the absurdist theatre of pandemic regulations scripted and directed for us by our little overlords.

Those flimsy pieces of fabric might have offered some minimal protection from the noxious fumes of the smoke bombs that Frank James allegedly set off in that subway car. But they were never going to be a match for the bullets fired from the 9mm semiautomatic handgun recovered at the scene. Many innocents were wounded, and it is something of an Easter miracle that no one was killed. For the millions of people who have dared to ride the city’s subway this year, the greatest danger to life isn’t some escaped molecule of a virus of rapidly diminishing potency. That exiguous risk is dwarfed by the combined threat of being pushed in front of an oncoming train, stabbed, hit in the head by a psycho with a hammer, robbed at gunpoint or being sexually assaulted. The number of robberies on the subway so far in 2022 is up 72% from the same period in 2021. There is no easily discover-able record of how many maskless riders have been struck down this year by Covid.

It’s hard to think of a tableau that better captures the disordered priorities of our governing classes than that scene in Brooklyn.

The politicians and bureaucrats who run almost all major cities, many states and the federal executive branch seem to care more about preserving the symbol of their authority that mask mandates represent than about the actual physical safety of citizens. In their warped ideology, crime is the result of material deprivation, prejudice and wicked police officers. The real need for enforcement is shown by those tempted to show their faces in public.

Masks are only an example. It’s hard to recall a time in recent American history when there has been such a monumental mismatch between the priorities of the people who govern us and the needs of the people. On issue after issue—crime, inflation, immigration— we have leaders so entrenched in their ideological priors that they seem incapable of, even uninterested in, addressing the actual challenges faced by hard-pressed Americans. Joe Biden was at it again last week with inflation. It has been clear for a long time that the return of this old horror is the largest threat to living standards and economic stability. But acknowledging that would have required the Democrats to abandon their ideological goals of ever-higher spending and forced them to reorder their governing priorities. So they didn’t.

Now, unable to dismiss it anymore, they have offered not a serious set of policies to relieve inflationary stresses, but a series of public-relations gimmicks that will have virtually no alleviating impact. Lifting the summertime ban on blended ethanol fuel will be about as effective in addressing higher energy costs as publicly shaming greedy corporations or blaming Vladimir Putin.

On immigration, the administration instinctively reflects a progressive mindset that regards border control as racist. It spent the better part of a year undoing the immigration restrictions imposed by its predecessor. As the inevitable border surge swelled, it feigned some concern. Now, as apprehensions of aliens in border areas reach their highest level in 22 years, what is its response? The repeal of Title 42, a measure that had been effective in curbing illegal crossings.

Interestingly, as the pandemic rationale for that measure is no longer deemed operative, the administration insists elsewhere that the emergency continues when it suits it. So, even as the nation yearns to return to normality, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention last week announced another extension, for 15 days, of the federal mask mandate on airplanes and public transportation. It had been scheduled to end this Monday at long last. (And on Monday a judge in Tampa, Fla., held that the mandate exceeded the CDC’s statutory authority.)

On it goes. from needless bailouts for student loans to a fixation on sacrificing energy capacity in pursuit of long-term climate goals, Democrats display an unerring focus on aims Americans don’t see as pressing—or even necessary.

Obdurate insistence in the face of evidence of both rising unpopularity and accumulating failure is a common political flaw. No leader willingly acknowledges the irrelevancy of his policies. but it seems to be especially embedded in the modern progressive philosophy that the rulers know best; that they, by dint of their scientific expertise and moral superiority better understand our true needs.

Like all such authoritarian conceits, it doesn’t survive long in a democratic environment. That helps explain why leftists are so panicked at the thought of losing control over information, why they feel so threatened at the thought that a communications channel such as Twitter might fall out of their hands. Anything that challenges their right to go on pursuing their priorities is “disinformation.”

But it won’t take the intervention of a rogue billionaire to restore democratic equilibrium. A popular reckoning is coming.

November 8th 2022 is the Democrat’s  D-day. Get ready Americans!

Vax or No Vax?

With all the questions being asked, but no answers proffered, one has to wonder who is telling the truth, or perhaps it should be is anyone telling the truth. Personally, I do not believe his Highness Fauci, and haven’t from the very beginning.. His crutch is “science.” Wants us to believe him because it’s science and too complicated for us normal folk to understand so we are supposed to trust him.  Well, watch this short video where Rep Jim Jordan (R OH) asks some important  questions and listen to the answers, then you decide.

Is Fauci full of it or what? I took the VAX; have not taken the booster and do not intend to.  My choice.

WAIT

Before you leave I have another short video for youy to watch. Let’s just call it a typical night out with the boys in LA County. Enjoy.

Wasn’t that fun? Just another night in a lawless third word shithole!

Christmas in July

A couple making $149,999 a year with one child between six and seventeen gets $250/month?  And the rationale is it will reduce child poverty — really? Folks doing simple arithmetic of 39 million households getting the lowest of $250/month come to $9,750,000,000. Count the zeros, that’s 9.75 billion dollars a month, paid for by. . . . . .? And it lasts through till the end of the year.

Question,  is a child of a couple who make just short of $150,000  living in poverty?  Really? Oh well, surely the government would know; I mean their our leaders, right?

By: G. Maresca

Congressional Democrats approved an expanded version of the Child Tax Credit that was part of the American Rescue Plan and did so without bipartisan support.

On July 15th, the IRS began depositing $300 a month for every child under six and $250 for each child up to 17. This latest round of monthly cash infusion from Washington is for parents making under $75,000 per year, and for those parents filing jointly who earn less than $150,000 per year. Nearly, 39 million households, covering 88% of American children will receive the monthly outlays, according to USA Today.

Democrats maintain the payments will reduce child poverty, as if the absence of money were the problem. Democrats have thrown trillions at poverty starting with Lyndon Johnson’s “Great Society,” which is nothing short of Jim Crow 2.0.  and on its fourth generation of undermining the family. Cash helps but rarely addresses the underlying issues that money cannot solve.

This roguish cycle of government dependence is renewed by each subsequent generation of welfare recipients who teach their children, probably from a multitude of fathers, that they are entitled to the fruits of somebody else’s labor. Every welfare program must be tied to positive behaviors with a time limit on benefits. It should not be a lifetime annuity.

Replacing the father with government has done tremendous harm to women and children. Nearly 90% of incarcerated males grew up in fatherless homes. Contrary to the Left’s ridicule of American patriarchy, the problem is not that we have too much of it but not enough.

This so-called stimulus spending is an investment in buying future votes all in the name of compassion. Taking from those who work in order to provide for those who don’t to buy their votes is ideological theft. Democrats have made vote buying an art, while making voting more haphazard by not requiring ID – all to their benefit.

Such shenanigans are an integral part of keeping Democrats permanently in power. Provided Democrats can maintain their slight edge in the House of Representatives and retain Vice President Harris’s tiebreaker vote in the Senate in 2022, these apparatchiks will not only remain in power but solidify it.

If you believe monthly free cash will end poverty, your perception of human nature is wanting. A prime symptom of leftist derangement syndrome is believing poverty is solely based upon the lack of cash. Poverty is rooted in a plethora of issues that largesse ignores but certainly reinforces. Democrats have always been more fixated on symptoms than causes.

This cash infusion will not move the poverty level one percent because tax credits are not factored into the poverty rate. The same holds true for food stamps, Medicaid, Section 8, and earned income tax credits that total into the hundreds of billions annually – none of it counts.

The Leftist tradition of not holding anyone accountable for their contribution to their circumstance’s reigns. When bad behavior involves guns, the gun is at fault, not the humans who use them. When those who created their circumstances fail, it is society’s fault. This results in a one size fits all bureaucratic government program that only contributes to the nation’s decline.

Ian Smith, the New Jersey gym owner who refused to close his gym during the pandemic, summed it up this way: “Everything the government is doing right now is designed to make you fat, weak, stupid, depressed, lazy, and reliant on crumbs they wipe off their plates. Health replaced by pharmaceuticals. Education replaced by programming. Hard work replaced by handouts. These people hate you.”

Once acquainted with systematic direct deposits from everyone’s favorite Washington Uncle, less and less people will oppose them. One of the malevolent attributes of socialism is how it takes advantage of people by claiming to help them.

Democrats have always needed a dependent class to maintain their relevancy and hold on power. These longstanding attributes are now devolving into a dependent country.

The Child Tax Credit deposits are to expire at the end of the year, but Biden is hoping to extend them until 2025, the next presidential election. How is that for political expediency?

Sporting aviator sunglasses, Biden is Santa Claus, and every day is Christmas in America.

What’s not to like?
