Unbelievable! What will be next?

Someone please tell me what is a non-binary human being, is it even a human being.  Our once great nations sinks further into decay with each passing day. Is there any hope at all for those of us who really care about the country? Maybe, but it all depends on November. What public restroom will this “non-binary” use? Any thoughts?

Oregon judge allows person to change gender from female to ‘non-binary’

America. An Oregon judge ruled Friday that a transgender individual can legally change their sex to “non-binary” rather than male or female in what is believed to be an unprecedented ruling.

The Oregonian reported that Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge Amy Holmes Hehn legally changed Jamie Shupe’s, 52, sex from female to non-binary.

The co-executive director for Basic Rights Oregon Nancy Haque said the ruling was a “momentous day for genderqueer Oregonians.”

“It’s really exciting for the courts to actually recognize what we know to be true: gender is a spectrum,” Haque told the paper. “Some people don’t identify as male or female.”

Shupe is an Army veteran who retired in 2000 a sergeant first class. She began transitioning in 2013 while living in Pittsburg and knew that neither the male or female gender label fit.

Shupe chose the name “Jamie” because it was a gender-neutral name and would rather be called “Jamie” rather than a pronoun.

“I was assigned male at birth due to biology,” Shupe said. “I’m stuck with that for life. My gender identity is definitely feminine. My gender identity has never been male, but I feel like I have to own up to my male biology. Being non-binary allows me to do that. I’m a mixture of both. I consider myself as a third sex.”

In April, Shupe and lawyer Lake Perriguey filed a petition to legally change Shupe’s sex to non-binary.

According to the Oregonian, state law allows a court to change a person’s legal sex if a judge decides the person has undergone the surgical or hormonal treatment related to their gender transition.

Though the law doesn’t require a doctor’s note, Shupe brought letters from the Oregon Health & Science University, as well as the Veterans Hospital.

“The sexual reassignment has been completed,” Hehn wrote in the ruling. “No person has shown cause why the requested General Judgment should not be granted.”

Attorneys at the Sylvia River Law Project in New York told The Daily Dot that some cities have IDs that allow residents to decline to declare a gender. However, Haque said more work has to be done.

Basic Rights Oregon is working with officials across the state to offer people gender designations beyond male or female. Oregon residents still cannot list “non-binary” on a driver’s license or state ID.

“It’s a huge barrier to being able to live your life, to having a driver license, to employment, to having records about your life, transcripts, all of those things,” Haque said. “In all the ways our lives are gendered in ways they frankly don’t have to be, it can be a barrier for people whose identities aren’t easily put in a box.”

However, Shupe said her win felt “liberating.”

“I’m not under pressure anymore to conform to either thing,” Shupe said.

Mexico No – US Yes

Amazing, absolutely amazing. Our neighbors to the south have spoken loud and clear they do not want gay marriages. Yet, those living in the U.S. are predominantly in favor of gay marriages. I guess that’s what happens when they cross the border, illegally or not, and become affected by our new society. We are sick, and a horrible influence on people. In our country, the “silent minority” allows the vocal minorities to rule. How sad. Don’t be a member of the silent majority, let’s become the vocal majority instead!  JB

Mexican PresidenteMexico’s ruling party clobbered in elections following push for gay ‘marriage’

June 9, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) – Mexico’s Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) has just lost its 86-year dominance of Mexico’s state governments in a massive electoral upset following a new initiative by Mexican president and PRI member Enrique Peña Nieto to amend the constitution to create homosexual “marriage.”

For the first time since the PRI was created in 1929, the party no longer holds a majority of state governorships. Out of 17 states holding elections on June 5, the PRI won only five states and lost four states with 19% of the country’s population. The result is that the PRI now holds the governorship in only 15 of the country’s 31 states, with 45% of Mexico’s population. The party is also out of power in the nation’s Federal District.

The president’s initiative, announced on May 17, includes a massive propaganda campaign to convince public school students and the population in general that homosexuality and transgenderism are normal and morally acceptable, as well as membership in the United Nations’ “LGBT Core Group,” a coalition of nations promoting the homosexual agenda worldwide.

Peña Nieto’s new pro-gay offensive was met with condemnation by the leadership of the Catholic Church in Mexico as well as the creation of the National Front for the Family, a coalition of over a thousand organizations united to defeat the initiative and to protect the traditional definition of marriage. The National Front for the Family held protests throughout the country on June 1 and 2, and PRI elected officials began to abandon the president, stating their opposition to the initiative and promising their constituents they would vote against it.

The cause of the PRI’s defeat cited most often in the Mexican media was the president’s homosexual “marriage” initiative. Although it remains to be proved that the PRI’s massive electoral loss was due to the unpopularity of the proposed constitutional amendment, polls indicate that Mexicans are both dissatisfied with Peña Nieto’s presidency and opposed to homosexual “marriage.”

“Peña Nieto and the PRI have paid the price at the ballot box for presenting initiatives against Mexican values,” said Luis Losada Pescador, who leads the activist organization CitizenGO as part of the coalition of the National Front for the Family. “It may be that Peña Nieto is trying to win foreign friends, but he has reaped internal rejection,” he added.

The Bishop of Veracruz, Felipe Gallardo Martín del Campo, noted of the electoral results that “normal Mexicans, who are 99 percent [of the population], don’t accept marriage between people of the same sex and the proof of this are the protests that have been held throughout the country.” He added that other parties “should work harder and not commit the same errors because they know that in the next election the people are not going to vote for their party.”

Recent polls show that Mexicans continue to oppose the creation of homosexual “marriage,” with percentages against it ranging from 44% to 62% over the last three years, and percentages from 36% to 52% in favor. A majority of Mexicans continue to oppose the legalized killing of the unborn in most cases as well.
